Find the supplier for the actual item

A wheelchair supplier and a wheelchair-accessible care home answer different needs. Search equipment categories to find suppliers; use an evidenced accessibility requirement when comparing places to live. Equipment supply does not establish a building’s access.

AHCA Home Medical Equipment Provider is a distinct source classification. CMS supplier-directory records are a separate type and do not establish a current Florida HME licence. The Broward HME snapshot is dated August 2026; the CMS supplier file is dated November 1, 2026.

Read product claims within their limits

CMS supply labels support the named equipment categories shown on a listing. They do not prove stock, suitability, delivery, Medicare payment for an individual order or a clinical service. A supplier’s office ZIP is a location, not a delivery area.

APD durable equipment and consumable supplies are program services. Confirm authorization and the current provider arrangement with the program. An oxygen-equipment listing does not show that respiratory therapy is offered.

Try, borrow or explore reuse separately

FAAST is an assistive-technology resource, not an equipment retailer. Its demonstration, short-term loan and reuse routes have different purposes. A demonstration can help someone explore a device; it does not replace a formal assessment.

Ask the specific center which service it offers, who can use it, what is available and any loan or return conditions. Do not assume every FAAST partner offers every program. The contact records below preserve their original dates; some source dates were not supplied.
